DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Friday, November 7, 2008, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas; STIHaE

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, November 7, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas.
