Proclamation No. 1411, issued on October 31, 2007, declares November 7, 2007, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas, to commemorate its Foundation Day anniversary. This declaration allows the residents of Cuenca to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. The proclamation is signed by Executive Secretary Eduardo R. Ermita, under the authority of then-President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Wednesday, November 7, 2007, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas; SIDEaA

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, November 7, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas.
