Proclamation No. 1950, issued on November 25, 2009, declares Tuesday, December 1, 2009, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal. This date marks the 438th Foundation Day anniversary and the town fiesta of Cainta, allowing residents to celebrate with appropriate ceremonies. DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 1, 2009, marks the 438th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cainta and the celebration of its town fiesta; CTSAaH

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 1, 2009 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
