PROCLAMATION NO. 356
DECLARING FRIDAY, 01 DECEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal marks the celebration of its Sumbingtik Festival on Friday, 01 December 2017; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal, be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 01 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
