Proclamation No. 1422, issued on November 29, 2007, declares Saturday, December 1, 2007, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal. This declaration is made in recognition of the 436th Foundation Day anniversary of Cainta, allowing its residents to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. The proclamation is signed by Executive Secretary Eduardo R. Ermita, under the authority of then-President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

DECLARING SATURDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, Saturday, December 1, 2007, celebrates the 436th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cainta; aCcSDT

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, December 1, 2007 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal. CDAHaE
