DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 23, 2009, marks the 9th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Bayawan; CDHSac

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Bayawan celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 23, 2009 as non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 23, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.
