PROCLAMATION NO. 1264
DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, on 23 December 2021, Thursday, the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 21st Charter Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 23 December 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 15th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty One.
