Declaring December 23, 2008, as Special (Non-Working) Day in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental
Proclamation No. 1691, issued on December 18, 2008, declares December 23, 2008, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Negros Oriental, in recognition of its 8th Charter Day anniversary. This proclamation allows the citizens of Bayawan to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. The declaration was made by Executive Secretary Eduardo R. DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 23, 2008, marks the 8th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Bayawan; SCaIcA
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 23, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.
