CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT NO. 961 JUAN LUNA STREET, BARANGAY 7, TONDO, MANILA, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 15-165 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as The Orchard Tower Manila, with a gross floor area of Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Six (15,336) square meters, more or less, which stands on two parcels of land located at No. 961 Juan Luna Street, Barangay 7, Tondo, Manila, with an aggregate area of One Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Five square meters and Eighty decimeters (1,165.80) more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 14-B-6

A parcel of land (Lot 14-B-6 of the subdivision plan, [LRC] Psd-90264, being a portion of Lot 14-B, Block 2729, Psd-7887, LRC [GLRO] Cad. Record No. 68), situated in the District of Tondo, City of Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 3 by Calle Juan Luna; on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 5 and points 4 to 5 by Lot 6, both of Block 2720, Manila Cadastre; on the SW., points 5 to 1 by Lot 14-B-7; and on the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 14-B-4, both of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 59 deg. 19' E., 238.03 m. from Church Spire Tower Tondo, Manila and S. 66 deg. 27' W., 20.87 m. from Fire Hydrant No. 338; thence:

N. 83 deg. 55' E., 19.98 m. to point 2;

S. 26 deg. 40' E., 26.17 m. to point 3;

N. 86 deg. 36' W., 25.98 m. to point 4;

N. 84 deg. 49' W., 6.64 m. to point 5;

N. 02 deg. 47' E., 19.15 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of Five Hundred Fifty-Nine square meters and Eighty square decimeters (559.80), more or less. Date of original survey, 15 September — 10 November 1914 and that of the subdivision survey, 8-13 June 1968.

A parcel of land (Lot 14-B-7 of the subdivision plan, [LRC] Psd-90264, being a portion of Lot 14-B, Block 2729, Psd-7887, LRC [GLRO] Cad. Record No. 63), situated in the District of Tondo, City of Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., points 1 to 2 by Lot 14-B-6 of the subdivision plan; on the S., points 2 to 4 by Lot 6, Block 2720; on the SW., points 4 to 5 by Lot 13, points 5 to 6 by Lot 18 and points 6 to 7 by Lot 16, all of Block 2720, Manila Cadastre; and on the NW, points 7 to 8 by Lot 14-B-5 and 16 and points 8 to 1 by Lot 14-B-4, both of the subdivision plan.
