PROCLAMATION NO. 1271

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT BARANGAY BATONG MALAKE, LOS BAÑOS, LAGUNA, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 13-803, as amended (s. 2013) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the LB Centtro, with a gross floor area of Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-One square meters and Eighty-Three decimeters (16,361.83), which stands on two parcels of land, located at Barangay Batong Malake, Los Baños, Laguna, containing an aggregate land area of Seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Two (7,192) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 1

A parcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan Pcs-04-012806, being a portion of Lot 3-A, 3-B, 3-C [LRC] Psd-181737, LRC Record No.), situated in Barangay Batong Malake, Municipality of Los Baños, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by the property of Heirs of Cosme Barile; on the NE., along lines 2-3-4-5 by property of Dionio Galvez; on the SE., along line 5-6 by Lot 2, Psu-142297; on the SW., along lines 6-7-8 by Lot 2 of the consolidation subdivision plan; and on the SW., along line 8-9-10-11 by Insular Road (Lopez Avenue, now); and on the NW., along line 11-1 by Lot 4, Psu-142297.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, S. 65 deg. 59' E., 2492.00 m. from BLLM No. 1, Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna; thence:

N. 65 deg. 37' E., 81.36 m. to point 2;

S. 21 deg. 38' E., 20.00 m. to point 3;

S. 21 deg. 38' E., 26.00 m. to point 4;

S. 21 deg. 38' E., 19.30 m. to point 5;

S. 63 deg. 23' W., 79.12 m. to point 6;

N. 26 deg. 37' W., 20.00 m. to point 7;

Bounded on the NW. NE., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 2, Psu-142297; and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Insular Road (Lopez Avenue, now).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, S. 64 deg. 47' E., 2551.75 m. from BLLM No. 1, Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna; thence:

N. 63 deg. 23' E., 25.00 m. to point 2;

S. 26 deg. 37' E., 20.00 m. to point 3;

S. 63 deg. 23' W., 25.00 m. to point 4;

N. 26 deg. 37' W., 20.00 m. to the point of

beginning, containing an area of Five Hundred (500) square meters, more or less.
