CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING LOCATED AT BARANGAY 1 SAN FRANCISCO, SAN NICOLAS, ILOCOS NORTE, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, with a gross floor area of Fifty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Three (52,743) square meters, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 15-271 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the Robinsons Place Ilocos Norte Expansion, located within the Valdez Compound, Barangay 1 San Francisco, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, containing an aggregate land area of Twenty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Seven (26,537) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
