Creating a Sub Committee on the Application, Computation and Graduation of Penalties

SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 26-08
CREATING A SUB COMMITTEE ON THE APPLICATION, COMPUTATION AND GRADUATION OF PENALTIES
As agreed upon during the 56th meeting of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) Board of Trustees, and upon the recommendation of PHILJA Chancellor, Justice Ameurfina A. Melencio Herrera, a Sub Committee on the Application, Computation and Graduation of Penalties, under the Committee on the Revision of Rules of Court, is hereby created, composed as follows:

The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Members, and Members of the Secretariat of the above sub committee, including those who have rendered service as part of the said sub committee prior to the issuance of this Memorandum Order, shall receive the usual expense allowances. CTHaSD
This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance this 22nd day of July 2008.
