Creation of the Sub Committee on the Revision of Rule 65 of the Rules of Court

SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 19-07
CREATING THE SUB COMMITTEE ON THE REVISION OF RULE 65 OF THE RULES OF COURT UNDER THE COMMITTEE ON THE REVISION OF THE RULES OF COURT
WHEREAS, there have been numerous recommendations for the study and revision of Rule 65 of the Rules of Court;
WHEREAS, it is imperative to create and organize a sub committee, under the Committee on Revision of the Rules of Court, which shall propose to the Supreme Court remedial measures, including, but not limited to, the review and updating of Rule 65 of the Rules of Court;.
WHEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved that a Sub Committee on the Revision of Rule 65 of the Rules of Court, under the Committee on Revision of the Rules of Court, is hereby created and organized to be composed by the following —
