Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 2, 2011, which reads as follows: IEHSDA
"A.M. No. 13872-Ret. (Re: Application for Survivorship Benefits under Republic Act No. 9946 of Mrs. Lourdes C. Sundiam, Widow of Court of Appeals Justice Edgardo F. Sundiam). — The Court Resolved to NOTE the Explanation dated July 25, 2011 filed by Atty. Teresita R. Marigomen, Clerk of Court, Court of Appeals, in compliance with the resolution of June 7, 2011, stating that the claim of Mrs. Lourdes C. Sundiam will commence on February 19, 2019."
