Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated January 17, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 14155-Ret. (Re: Application for Survivorship Pension Benefits under Republic Act No. 9946 of Mrs. Pacita A. Gruba, Surviving Spouse of the Late Manuel K. Gruba, Former CTA Associate Judge). — The Court Resolved to APPROVE the application for survivorship pension benefits under Republic Act No. 9946 of Mrs. Pacita A. Gruba, surviving spouse of the late Manuel K. Gruba, former CTA Associate Judge, effective upon the effectivity of said Act on February 11, 2010, subject to the prohibitions/conditions enumerated in the last paragraph of Section 1 of said Act and to the availability of funds."
