Real, RTC, Branch II, Ligao City, Albay; Judge Alejandro S. Arenas, RTC, Branch 38, Boac, Marinduque; Judge Oscar I. Lumang, MTC, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija and Judge Ricardo M.
