NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 9, 2011, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 14022-Ret. (Re: Application for Survivorship Pension Benefits under Republic Act No. 9946 of Atty. Leticia A. Molina, Surviving Spouse of the Late Conrado M. Molina, Former Sandiganbayan Associate Justice). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the 1st Indorsement dated July 29, 2011 of Sandiganbayan Acting Presiding Justice Gregory S. Ong; and
(b) APPROVE the Application for Survivorship Pension Benefits under Republic Act No. 9946 of Atty. Leticia A. Molina, surviving spouse of the late Conrado M. Molina, former Sandiganbayan Associate Justice, effective April 3, 2010, subject to availability of funds and compliance with administrative requirements." Abad and Mendoza, JJ., on official leave.
