Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated 28 September 2004
"A.M. No. 03-7-26-SC. — Re: Lease of Midway Building to Serve as Temporary Office of Divisions 18, 19 and 20 of the Court of Appeals Based in Cebu City. — The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 27 September 2004 of Presiding Justice Cancio C. Garcia, in compliance with the resolution of 14 September 2004, submitting therewith the following:
(i) a list of the members of the Court of Appeals, numbering forty-eight in all, including the Clerk of Court, who will attend the inauguration of the court's station at Midway Building, Cebu City, on 15 October 2004 at 2:00 p.m., to wit:

and requesting the Court for financial assistance for the same.
The Court further Resolved to GRANT to the Court of Appeals the aforesaid amount of Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Two Pesos (P259,442.00) for the travel expenses of the justices of the Court of Appeals who will attend the inauguration of the court's station in Cebu City on 15 October 2004."
