Designating Court of Appeals Justice Pampio A. Abarintos as Executive Justice of the Court of Appeals-Cebu Station

SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 152-11
DESIGNATING COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICE PAMPIO A. ABARINTOS AS EXECUTIVE JUSTICE OF THE COURT OF APPEALS-CEBU STATION
WHEREAS, in view of the retirement of Court of Appeals (CA) Justice Portia Aliño-Hormachuelos who was the Executive Justice of CA-Cebu Station, CA Presiding Justice Andres B. Reyes, Jr. submitted the names of the following recommendees in the order of seniority for designation as Executive Justice of CA-Cebu Station:
(1) Acting Executive Justice Pampio A. Abarintos;
(2) Justice Edgardo L. De los Santos; and
(3) Justice Myra G. Fernandez.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to, and by virtue of, the authority vested by the revised Resolution in A.M. No. 99-12-08-SC and for and in behalf of the Court, the undersigned hereby DESIGNATE CA Justice Pampio A. Abarintos as Executive Justice of the CA-Cebu Station.
