AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 2173 BY INCLUDING OTHER PROVINCES AND CITIES AFFECTED BY TYPHOON "BISING"
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, do hereby order the inclusion of the province of Leyte del Sur and the cities Surigao, Tacloban, Ormoc, Tagbilaran, Cebu, Mandaue, Davao, Toledo and Lapu-Lapu to be under the state of public calamity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
