NAPOLCOM MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 19-95
AMENDING SEC. 11 OF NAPOLCOM MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 92-016 DATED NOVEMBER 26, 1992, ENTITLED "PROVIDING FOR SPECIFIC POLICIES/RULES ON PROMOTION OF PNP UNIFORMED PERSONNEL"
WHEREAS, NAPOLCOM Memorandum Circular No. 92-016 dated November 26, 1992, provides for specific policies/rules on promotion of PNP uniformed personnel. ETHIDa
WHEREAS, there is a need to observe uniformity and continuity in the evaluation of special promotions of uniformed personnel in the PNP.
NOW, THEREFORE, this Commission in the exercise of its constitutionally vested power of administration and control over the PNP, has RESOLVED as it HEREBY RESOLVES, that:
Section 11 of NAPOLCOM Memorandum Circular No. 92-016, dated November 26, 1992 is hereby amended to read:
Section 11. Creation of Special Promotion Board:
There shall be only one Special Promotion Board which shall be composed of a Chairman and not more than six (6) members, subject to confirmation by the National Police Commission.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
