Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated APRIL 12, 2016, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 14-09-06-SC (Re: Approval of the Updated Enterprise Information Systems Plan Work Plan and Budget). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Committee on Computerization and Library, to
(a) APPROVE the revised terms of reference (Version 5.0 dated March 2, 2016) of the MISO Process Modernization Program; and
(b) DIRECT the Bids and Award Committee for Consultancy to make the necessary changes in the bid documents in accordance with the above revised terms of reference." Peralta, J., on official leave. (adv42)
