Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated JANUARY 19, 2016, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 14-09-06-SC (Re: Approval of the Updated Enterprise Information Systems Plan Work Plan and Budget). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee for Goods and Services (SC-BAC-GS), to AWARD to the joint venture partners Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. and ePLDT, Inc. the contract for the Systems Integration Services — Lot 1 [IP-VPN Connectivity (Luzon), Direct Internet Links (Supreme Court, Court of Appeals-Manila, Sandiganbayan and Court of Tax Appeals), Internet Connectivity (Trial Courts, Office of the Clerks of Court and Court Libraries in the National Capital Region, Region 3 and Region 4-A), Network Security Systems, Endpoint Security and Systems Integration Professional Services] in the amount of Two Hundred Forty-Nine Million Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (P249,880,000.00).
