TRANSFERRING AND VESTING OWNERSHIP OVER THE LAND ON WHICH THE TEACHERS' BLISS CONDOMINIUM I PROJECT IS ESTABLISHED FROM THE BUREAU OF AIR TRANSPORTATION TO NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY

WHEREAS, the Bureau of Air Transportation is the Administrator of a parcel of land registered in the name of the Republic of the Philippines situated at Pasay City, Metro Manila;

WHEREAS, in compliance with the commitment of the First Lady and Minister of Human Settlements to provide decent housing accommodations to the low-income teachers of public schools, the National Housing Authority has constructed the Teachers' Bliss Condominium I on the abovementioned parcel of land;

WHEREAS, the title and ownership of said parcel of land should be transferred to the National Housing Authority for the effective administration and disposition of the housing units in the Teachers' Bliss Condominium I.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, hereby order that the title over the parcel of land situated at Pasay City, Metro Manila, on which the Teachers' Bliss Condominium I is situated be segregated and transferred from the Republic of the Philippines, the present title holder, to the National Housing Authority at Five Pesos (P5.00) per square meter for its administration and disposition which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

(TEACHERS' BLISS CONDOMINIUM I, PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA)

A parcel of land (Teachers' BLISS Condominium I, being a portion of Lot 3270 of the Cadastral Survey of Pasay, LRC (GLRO) Cad. Record No. 1368), situated in the City of Pasay, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2, by remaining portion; on the NE., along line 2-3, by South Superhighway; on the SE., and NE., along lines 3-6, by remaining portion; and on the SE., and SW., along line 6-7-8-1, by Armstrong Avenue.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 57 deg. 59 E., 815.00 m. to point 2; thence S. 29 deg. 00'E., 40.00 m. to point 3; thence S. 57 deg. 59'W., 309.00 m. to point 4; thence S. 31 deg. 11'E., 175.59 m. to point 5; thence S. 4 deg. 02'W., 22.11 m. to point 6; thence S. 60 deg. 59'W., 268.67 m. to point 7; thence S. 61 deg. 29'W., 103.65 m. to point 8; thence S. 60 deg. 36'W., 241.96 m. to the point of the beginning; containing an area of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR (110,764) SQUARE METERS more or less.

The concerned Register of Deeds shall issue the Transfer Certificate of Title over the above-described parcel of land to, and in the name of the National Housing Authority.
