In order to update the database of this Office on videoconferencing hearings conducted by the trial courts, you are DIRECTED to accomplish the survey form on Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) released through videoconferencing on or before October 15, 2020. The said survey form is available in the Official Announcements and Issuances Teams Channel in the Philippine Judiciary Office 365 platform.
For questions on the survey form, kindly contact the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, through its official email address ([email protected]) or its Judiciary 365 Teams account.
