Electronic Mailing of Orders and Notices of Hearing of Cases Involving Persons Deprived of Liberty under the Custody of the Bureau of Corrections

In response to the request of CSUPT Jayferson G. Bon-as, Acting Superintendent, Maximum Security Compound-NBP, Bureau of Corrections, all first and second level courts are DIRECTED to send the electronic copies of Orders and Notices of Hearing (particularly videoconferencing hearings) of cases involving Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) under the custody of the Bureau of Corrections at least three (3) days before the scheduled hearing in order to give the Bureau ample time to make the necessary preparations and arrangements, and conduct the required health and safety measures with respect thereto.
