DA MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 25-17

This Memorandum Order provides regional supplemental guidelines for the provision of agricultural production, post-harvest and processing equipment and facilities under the Rice, Corn, Cassava, High Value Crops, Organic Agriculture and Livestock Programs in relation to the Memorandum Order No. 26, dated September 15, 2016, approved by Secretary Emmanuel F. Piñol.
The Regional Supplemental Guidelines provide that:
I. Coverage Area
The project shall cover ALL Rice, Corn, Cassava, High Value Crops producing areas in the Region and also those engaged in livestock and poultry and organic agriculture.
II. Eligibility
1. The qualified recipients shall be Farmers' Association; other organized farmers' groups duly registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission/Cooperative Development Administration/Department of Labor and Employment/Department of Social Welfare and Development/Department of Trade and Industry; to include Local Government Units (LGUs), Academe/State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and other government agencies implementing agricultural programs and projects in the region;
2. Eligible recipients shall be endorsed by their respective MAO/CAO/PAO or by the concerned Agricultural Program Coordination Office (APCO).
These supplemental guidelines hereby address project requests and other cooperation with LGUs, SUCs, and other government agencies in order to provide support to the farmers and other common stakeholders in their respective areas of responsibility.
This shall take effect immediately upon approval of the Secretary.
