DA MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 20-17

This Memorandum Order provides regional supplemental guidelines for the provision of agricultural production, postharvest and processing equipment and facilities under the Rice, Corn, Cassava, HVCDP, Organic Agriculture and Livestock Programs in relation to the Memorandum Orders number 25 and 26, dated September 15, 2016, approved by the Secretary, Emmanuel F. Piñol.
The Regional Supplemental Guidelines provide:
I. Coverage Area
The project will cover all rice, corn, high value commodity producing provinces/areas in the country and also those engaged in livestock and organic agriculture.
II. Eligibility
1. The qualified recipient shall be Farmer's Association (FA); other organized farmer groups duly registered at SEC/CDA/DSWD; Local Government Units (LGU) and Academe/State Universities and Colleges implementing agricultural programs and projects in the region.
1.1. DSWD Accreditation for the qualified FAs/POs/Cooperatives and other organized farmer groups is required in case of direct downloading of funds to the organization.
The Regional Supplemental Guidelines hereby address project request of Local Government Units and the Academe/SUCs in order to provide support for farmers in their respective areas.
This Supplemental Guidelines shall take effect immediately upon signing hereof. CAIHTE
