DA MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 19-17

This Memorandum Order provides regional supplemental guidelines for the provision of agricultural production, post harvest and processing equipment and facilities under the Rice, Corn, Cassava, High Value Crops (HVC), Organic Agriculture and Livestock Programs in relation to the Memorandum Order No. 26, dated September 15, 2016, approved by Secretary Emmanuel F. Piñol.
The Regional Supplemental Guidelines provide:
I. Coverage Area
The project shall cover all Rice, Corn, Cassava, HVC producing areas in the region and also those engaged in livestock and poultry and organic agriculture.
II. Eligibility
1. The qualified recipient shall be Farmer's Association; other organized farmers group duly registered at SEC/CDA/DOLE/DSWD; to include LocalGovernment Units (LGU) and Academe/State Universities and Colleges, implementing agricultural programs and projects in the region
1.1 DSWD Accreditation for the qualified FAs/POs/Cooperatives and other organized groups shall be required only in the case of direct downloading of funds to the organization.
The Regional Supplemental Guidelines hereby address project request of Local Government Units and the Academe in order to provide support to the farmers/technology demonstration in their respective areas.
The Supplemental Guidelines shall take effect immediately upon signing thereof. aScITE
