Supplement to M.O. No. 194 (August 1, 1988)
Memorandum Order No. 184-A, issued on September 15, 1988, designates the Presidential Management Staff (PMS) as the responsible unit for managing the disbursement of the Office of the President-Special Projects Fund. It authorizes the Undersecretary of PMS to enter into agreements and contracts with appropriate implementing bodies for projects approved by the President. The order is effective immediately.

MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 184-A
SUPPLEMENTING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 184
The Presidential Management Staff (PMS) is hereby designated as the unit in the Office of the President which shall handle the disbursement of the Office of the President-Special Projects Fund in accordance with the attached guidelines.
To implement the projects approved by the President to be funded from the Special Projects Fund, the Undersecretary of PMS is hereby authorized to enter into Agreements and/or Contracts with such implementing bodies as may be deemed appropriate.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
