Amendments to M.O. No. 162 (March 6, 1988)
Memorandum Order No. 162-A, issued on March 25, 1988, amends the previous Memorandum Order No. 162 from March 16, 1988, which established a National Committee for the official visit of Felipe Gonzalez, the President of Spain. The amendment adds Honorable Juan Jose Rocha, the Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the President to Spain, as a member of this committee. This order is effective immediately.

MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 162-A
AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 162 DATED MARCH 16, 1988 CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE OFFICIAL VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY FELIPE GONZALEZ, PRESIDENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF SPAIN
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Memorandum Order No. 162 dated March 16, 1988 creating a National Committee to take charge of the official visit of His Excellency Felipe Gonzalez, President of the Government of Spain, is hereby amended to include Honorable Juan Jose Rocha, Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the President to the Kingdom of Spain, as Member of the National Committee.
This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
