MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 148-A
Further to Memorandum Order No. 148 dated January 20, 1988, the Executive Secretary is hereby directed to inform all those individuals who had been appointed on an interim basis by the Office of the President to Meralco and First Philippine Holdings Corporation that they are to report to and coordinate with DBP Chairman Jesus P. Estanislao who is the designated government action officer on Meralco and related matters.
