OCA CIRCULAR NO. 81-2022

In view of the recent requirement of the Supreme Court Resident Auditor of the Commission on Audit, three (3) copies of the monthly financial reports for the Judiciary Development Fund (JDF); Special Allowance for the Judiciary Fund (SAJF); Fiduciary Fund (FF); Sheriff's Trust Fund (STF); Mediation Fund; Notarial Fund; and Quarterly financial report for the General Fund, shall be submitted starting May 2022 (monthly financial reports for April 2022 and 1st Quarter of 2022 General Fund report). The supporting documents shall all be attached to one copy of the report, and the two copies shall be without supporting documents, but are to be submitted altogether to the Revenue Section, Accounting Division, Financial Management Office (FMO), Office of the Court Administrator (OCA).
For the timely recording of all the financial reports in the books of accounts, the provision in OCA Circular No. 235-2018, expressly requiring submission of the aforementioned reports using the services of private couriers is hereby reiterated.
