RE: RESOLUTION NO. JRP 3-19-2004-1 RE ADB-TA 3693: FINAL REPORT ON ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE OF THE JUDICIARY
Gentlemen :
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated February 1, 2005. HCaIDS
The Court Resolved to NOTE the Memorandum dated 18 January 2005 of Program Director Evelyn Toledo-Dumdum, PMO, submitting the following Revised Final Reports to the Administrative Structure of the Judiciary, consisting of 17 volumes, to wit:
(a) Guide to Managing The Change Process
(b) Judiciary Medium-Term Development Plan CYs 2006-2011
(c) Judiciary Standards & Indicators System
(d) Administrative Structure
(e) Human Resource Development
(f) Staffing
(g) Strategic Planning
(h) Judicial Education
(i) Desk review, Judicial Appointments & Career Development
(j) Desk review, Judicial Independence & Accountability International Comparisons
(k) Strengthening the Judicial Appointment And Career Development Systems and Capacity of the Judicial & Bar Council (JBC)
(l) Budgeting
(m) Cash Management
(n) Financial Accounting
(o) Judicial Remuneration
(p) Physical Assets Management
(q) Revenue Management.
The Court further Resolved to DIRECT the PMO to cause the printing of the above enumerated seventeen (17) volumes into one (1) consolidated volume for easy reference, within sixty (60) days from notice hereof." 2005lawscd
