Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated March 5, 2013, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 13-03-03-SC (Re: Representatives of the Judiciary at the ADB-CITES Conference: Innovative Enforcement Strategies to Combat Wildlife Crime and Uphold the Rule of Law on March 10 to 12, 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand). — The Court Resolved to APPROVE the travel on official business of Supreme Court Associate Justice JOSE PORTUGAL PEREZ, Court of Appeals Associate Justice ROSMARI D. CARANDANG and Regional Trial Court Judge EVANGELINE CASTILLO-MARIGOMEN to Bangkok, Thailand to attend the subject ADB-CITES Conference as representatives of the Judiciary." (adv44) aASDTE
