EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 121 DATED NOVEMBER 25, 1966, ESTABLISHING AS MT. MACOLOD FOREST RESERVES FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED; SOIL PROTECTION AND OTHER FOREST USES PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3092 AND RESERVING AS AN AGRICULTURAL COLONY AND DECLARING AS AN ALIENABLE OR DISPOSABLE LAND CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SILAGO, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, ISLAND OF LEYTE

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forest Development, concurred in by the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 85 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 121, dated November 25, 1966, which established as Mt. Macolod Forest Reserves for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest uses pursuant to Republic Act No. 3092, and do hereby reserve as agricultural colony and declare as alienable or disposable land, subject to private rights if any there be, and to final classification and survey, as well as to the conditions that the timber and other forest products found therein shall remain under the administrative control of the Bureau of Forest Development in accordance with the forest laws and regulations, certain parcels of land of the public domain containing an aggregate area of 1,252 hectares, more or less, situated in the municipality of Silago, Province of Southern Leyte, Island of Leyte, which parcels are more particularly described as follows: cd

Any existing lease, licenses, permit or any other concession granted by the Bureau of Forest Development by any other office covering the area embraced by this proclamation or portions thereof is hereby terminated.
