EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NOS. 548, DATED APRIL 19, 1969 and 217, DATED FEBRUARY 16, 1929, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE AMBUKLAO-BINGA WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE AND CENTRAL CORDILLERA FOREST RESERVE, RESPECTIVELY, FOR WATERSHED PURPOSES AND DECLARING AS ALIENABLE OR DISPOSABLE LANDS CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF LA TRINIDAD, TUBLAY AND ITOGON, PROVINCE OF BENGUET

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forest Development, concurred in by the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter IX of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended and by the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Nos. 548, dated April 19, 1969 and 217, dated February 16, 1929, which established the Ambuklao-Binga Watershed Forest Reserve and the Central Cordillera Forest Reserve, respectively, for watershed purposes and declare the said portions so excluded as alienable or disposable lands, subject to private rights, if any there be as well as to the conditions that the utilization of timber and other forest products found therein shall remain under the administrative jurisdiction of the Bureaus of Forest Development and Internal Revenue in accordance with the Forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations, certain parcels of land, containing an aggregate area of 949.33 hectares, more or less, situated in the Municipalities of La Trinidad, Tublay and Itogon, Province of Benguet, Island of Luzon, which portions are more particularly described as follows: cd
