RESERVING AS MUNICIPAL TOURISM SITE A CERTAIN PARCEL OF FORESHORE LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAYS 4, 10 AND 11, MUNICIPALITY OF BALAYAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal tourism site purposes under the administration, supervision and control of the Municipality of Balayan, Batangas, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of foreshore land of the public domain situated at Barangays 4, 10 and 11, Municipality of Balayan, Province of Batangas, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows: AEaSTC

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other made of disposition until again declared alienable through Proclamation by the President.
