Request for RTC Branches 95 to 98, Antipolo City to Hold Office and Court Sessions at Taytay, Rizal

NOTICE

Sirs/Mesdames :

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated October 4, 2011, which reads as follows:

"A.M. No. 11-9-182-RTC (Re: Request that the Newly Organized Branches 95 to 98 of the RTC, Antipolo City be Authorized to Hold Office and Court Sessions at Taytay, Rizal). — The Court Resolved to NOTE the following letters:

(a) Letters dated April 29, 2011 and August 9, 2011 of Mayor George Ricardo R. Gacula II, Municipality of Taytay, Rizal;

(b) Letter dated July 14, 2011 of Judges Marie Claire Victoria Mabutas-Sordan (Branch 95), Purita M. Deynata (Branch 96), Miguel S. Asuncion (Branch 97), and Ma. Consejo Gengos-Ignalaga (Branch 98), all of the RTC, Antipolo City; and CIDTcH

(c) Letter dated August 23, 2011 of Mayor Danilo O. Leyble, City of Antipolo.

Acting on the aforesaid Letters and upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, the Court Resolved to AUTHORIZE the newly organized branches (Branches 95 to 98) of the RTC, Antipolo City to hold office and court sessions at the Manila East Arcade II Building beside the Municipal Hall of Taytay, Rizal, provided that the Municipalities of Taytay and Cainta shall assume the payment of the rent of the space and the telephone, electric and water bills and provide the necessary facilities until such time that the City of Antipolo could provide the necessary office space.

The following guidelines shall be observed in the distribution of cases:

(1) The cases already assigned to the judges of Branches 95, 96 and 98 as assisting judges of Branches 71, 72, and 74 shall be considered raffled to them and the presiding judges therein shall continue the trial thereof until disposition;

(2) The family cases raffled to Branch 73 which were assigned to Judge Miguel Asuncion of Branch 97 pursuant to Administrative Order No. 40-2011 shall remain in the docket of Branch 73 as cases raffled to said branch; and newly filed cases shall be raffled to Branch 97 equivalent to the total number of family cases assigned to Judge Asuncion while assisting judge of Branch 73;

(3) Newly filed cases except family cases shall be raffled thereafter to the regular courts in the ratio of 6:2 as follows: six (6) for Branches 95, 97 and 98; and two (2) for Branches 71 and 74 until such time that the number of cases raffled to each branch in the station shall have reached the average caseload of each branch. The average caseload of each branch shall be determined by dividing the total number of cases pending in the station by the number of branches thereat, including the newly created and organized; and ScAaHE

(4) The Executive Judge shall see to it that there is equitable distribution of cases among the branches thereat." (adv146)
