Request for Designation of an Additional Family Court in the RTC, Antipolo City, Rizal
On October 4, 2011, the Philippine Supreme Court issued a resolution granting the request for an additional family court in the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Antipolo City, Rizal, specifically designating RTC Branch 96, presided by Judge Purita M. Deynata, for this purpose. The resolution includes guidelines for case allocation, stipulating that newly filed family cases will be distributed among Branches 96, 72, and 73 in a ratio of 6:1:1. The Executive Judge is tasked with ensuring equitable distribution of cases among the branches. Additionally, prior guidelines from a 2000 resolution regarding family court designations will be followed as applicable.

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated October 4, 2011, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 11-9-177-RTC (Re: Request for Designation of an Additional Family Court in the RTC, Antipolo City, Rizal). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to:
(a) NOTE and GRANT the Letter dated May 25, 2011 of Hon. Ruth C. Santos, then Executive Judge, RTC, Antipolo City, Rizal, requesting the designation of an additional family court from among the newly created branches in RTC, Antipolo City, Rizal, to handle newly filed family cases; and
(b) DESIGNATE RTC, Branch 96, Antipolo City, Rizal, presided by Hon. Purita M. Deynata, as an additional family court in the RTC, Antipolo City, Rizal. AHEDaI
The following guidelines shall be observed in the raffle of cases:
(1) RTC, Branch 96, Antipolo City shall continue to hear and decide cases raffled/assigned to it pursuant to A.O. No. 40-2011 dated March 11, 2011;
(2) Once the complement of Branch 96 are filled up, all newly filed family cases shall be raffled to RTC, Branches 96, 72, and 73, Antipolo City, respectively, on a 6:1:1 ratio (six cases to Branch 96 and one case each to Branches 72 and 73) until such time when the number of cases raffled to Branch 96 shall have reached the average caseload of Branches 72 and 73;
(3) The Executive Judge shall see to it that the equitable distribution of cases is effected; and
(4) The guidelines set forth in the Resolution dated February 1, 2000 in A.M. No. 99-11-07-SC (Re: Designation of Certain Branches of the Regional Trial Courts as Family Courts) shall be observed in so far as practicable." (adv59)
