"A.M. No. 09-7-269-RTC (Re: Request for the Designation of Additional Family Court in Bacolod City). — The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated July 5, 2011 of Maila C. Balayo, Clerk IV, Designate in-Charge, Raffle of Cases, RTC, Bacolod City, submitting her report on the total number of newly-filed cases raffled to the family courts in compliance with the resolution of June 7, 2011."
