RE: DESIGNATION OF THE CLERKS OF COURTS OF STAND-ALONE FAMILY COURTS AS ACCOUNTABLE OFFICERS
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated SEPTEMBER 6, 2022, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 22-08-106-RTC (Re: Designation of the Clerks of Courts of Stand-Alone Family Courts as Accountable Officers). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA), to DESIGNATE the Clerks of Court of all stand-alone, statutorily created Family Courts as accountable officers for them to (i) receive payment of legal fees for family cases filed before these courts, (ii) receive cash bonds and other fiduciary collections, (iii) issue official receipts, (iv) open two (2) separate accounts with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) for the Sheriff's Trust Fund and the Fiduciary Fund, which should be enrolled in the weAccess facility of the LBP, and (v) submit financial monthly/quarterly reports, among others, in accordance with Administrative Circular No. 35-2004 and other court issuances. Concomitantly, the designated accountable officers shall request the Financial Management Office, OCA, for the posting of the fidelity bond." (adv9a)
