NOTICE

Sirs/Mesdames :

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated December 11, 2012, which reads as follows:

"A.M. No. 12-11-244-RTC (Re: Creation of Two [2] Additional Branches of the RTC at Sta. Rosa City, Laguna). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to: ASICDH

(a) IMPLEMENT Republic Act No. 10162 (An Act Creating Two (2) Additional Regional Trial Court Branches in the Province of Laguna to be Stationed at Sta. Rosa City, Amending for the Purpose Sec. 14, Paragraph (E) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as the Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980, as Amended, and Appropriating Funds Therefor) by creating two (2) branches of the RTC to be stationed at Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, and denominated as Regional Trial Court, Branches 101 and 102, respectively;

(b) CREATE an Office of the Clerk of Court (2-3 salas) at the RTC, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna and the following positions thereat:

(c) DIRECT the Office of Administrative Services, OCA, to submit to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) the newly-created positions to be included in the Personnel Services Itemization (PSI) of the RTC for inclusion in the General Appropriations Act for funding purposes;

(d) DIRECT the Financial Management Office, OCA, to submit thereafter to the DBM the letter-request for formal creation of two (2) additional RTCs for inclusion in the PSI and issuance of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) for funding requirement for the full implementation of Republic Act No. 10162;

(e) DIRECT the DBM to release the Supplemental Allotment Release Order (SARO) and the corresponding Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) for the full implementation of Republic Act No. 10162;

(f) HOLD IN ABEYANCE the organization of the RTC, Branches 101 and 102 at Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, until such time that the DBM has released the aforesaid SARO and NCA; and

(g) ORDER the amendment of all court records to conform with this development." Velasco, Jr. and Perlas-Bernabe, JJ., on official business. (18) ATHCDa
