Creation of Five [5] Additional Branches of the RTC in Alabel, Sarangani
On January 17, 2012, the Philippine Supreme Court en banc issued a resolution amending a previous decision regarding the establishment of additional Regional Trial Court (RTC) branches in Alabel, Sarangani. The amendment is in accordance with Republic Act No. 10123, which provides for the creation of five new RTC branches. These branches are designated as Branches 46, 47, 48, 49, and 50. The resolution was made following the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator.

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated January 17, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 10-11-329-RTC (Re: Creation of Five [5] Additional Branches of the RTC in Alabel, Sarangani). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to AMEND the resolution dated November 30, 2010, particularly letter (a) thereof denominating the five (5) additional RTC branches in Alabel, Sarangani, to read as follows: SITCcE
(a) IMPLEMENT Republic Act No. 10123 by creating five (5) additional branches of the RTC, Alabel, Sarangani, and denominating the five branches thereat as Branches 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50."
