Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated September 6, 2011, which reads as follows: CTIEac
"A.M. No. 11-2-18-MCTC (Re: Request for Authority to Withhold Salaries of Ms. Jehan M. Madum, Clerk of Court, MCTC, Saguiran, Lanao del Sur). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to:
(a) ORDER the release of all withheld salaries of Ms. Jehan M. Madum, Clerk of Court II, MCTC, Marantao-Saguiran-Kapai and Tagoloan II, Lanao del Sur; and
(b) STERNLY WARN Clerk of Court Madum that a repetition of similar acts will be dealt with more severely." Sereno, J., on leave. Reyes, J., on official leave. (adv209)
