Sirs/Mesdames :

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated February 3, 2009

"A.M. No. 09-1-12-MCTC. — Re: Request to Transfer the Station of MCTC, Saguiaran-Marantao-Piagapo-Kapai-Tagoloan, Lanao del Sur, from Saguiaran to Marantao). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to:

(a) GRANT the request of Judge Acmad T. Barataman for authority to transfer the official station of the 1st MCTC Saguiaran-Marantao-Piagapo-Kapai-Tagoloan from the Municipal Hall of Saguiaran to the Municipal Hall of Marantao, Lanao del Sur;

(b) AMEND Administrative Order No. 33 dated June 13, 1978, particularly the paragraph Lanao del Sur Circuitized Courts — 1st Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Saguiaran-Kapai-Marantao-Piagapo-Tagoloan, to read as follows: "LANAO DEL SUR", Circuitized Courts — 1st Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Marantao-Saguiaran-Kapai-Piagapo-Tagoloan; and

(c) DIRECT Judge Acmad T. Barataman to submit a report to the Court, through the Office of the Administrator, once the transfer of the office from the Municipal Hall of Saguiaran to the Municipal Hall of Marantao is completed. ECaAHS

In this connection, the Municipality of Marantao shall provide (a) the office space for the court to hold office and court sessions; (b) for the necessary expenses for the transfer from Saguiaran to Marantao; and (c) for the expenses for the utilities (i.e., water, electricity, telephone, etc.)."
