SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 03-07
AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF THE JUDGE-TO-JUDGE DIALOGUE AND THE ATTENDANCE THEREAT OF CONCERNED COURT OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, the Supreme Court is implementing a series of dialogues among justices and judges from different jurisdictions and among justices and judges in the Philippine Judiciary to exchange perspectives and lessons on their roles and functions and to share good practices towards the efficient administration of justice;
WHEREAS, the Office of the Court Administrator and judges need a forum to discuss the problems, challenges, and solutions in case delay;
WHEREAS, the Program Management Office, in consultation with the Office of the Court Administrator and with assistance from the American Bar Association-Rule of Law Initiative, will organize a dialogue on "Case Delay: Problems and Solutions";
NOW, THEREFORE, the Court authorizes the conduct of the Judge-to-Judge Dialogue on February 2, 2007, 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. at Garden Orchid Hotel in Zamboanga City.
