SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 12-07
AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF THE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS ON RULE 65 OF THE REVISED RULES OF COURT AND THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY THEREIN
WHEREAS, the conduct of a series of Roundtable Discussions (RTDs) on Rule 65 of the Revised Rules of Court has been authorized under Memorandum Order No. 07-2007;
WHEREAS, in view of the beneficial exchange of insights flowing from these RTDs, the conduct of the same activity in other regions together with the other stakeholders is deemed necessary to provide a wider perspective on the issues surrounding Rule 65;
WHEREAS, the Program Management Office (PMO) and the Rule of Law Effectiveness (ROLE) Project will conduct several Roundtable Discussions on Rule 65 of the Revised Rules of Court in regions of the country;
NOW, THEREFORE, the conduct of the succeeding Roundtable Discussions on Rule 65 of the Revised Rules of Court and the attendance of the following Members of the Judiciary and Supreme Court officials to the Roundtable Discussions is hereby authorized, the same to be held on the following dates:
