Request for Authority to Withhold Salaries of Atty. Domingo P. De Castro, Clerk of Court, RTC, Bislig, Surigao del Sur

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated July 5, 2011, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 11-1-06-RTC (Re: Request for Authority to Withhold Salaries of Atty. Domingo P. De Castro, Clerk of Court, RTC, Bislig, Surigao del Sur). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to:
(a) CONTINUE to WITHHOLD the salary of Atty. Domingo P. De Castro pending clearance from the Accounting Division that all the required reports have been submitted and the funds accounted for after audit; and
(b) DIRECT Atty. De Castro to EXPLAIN in writing within five (5) days from notice hereof why he should not be held administratively liable for neglect of duty." Peralta, J., on official leave. (adv61) AcTDaH
