NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 23, 2011, which reads as follows: HTcADC
"A.M. No. 10-10-306-RTC (Re: Withheld Salaries of Atty. Mary Jane A. Andomang, Clerk of Court VI, RTC, Tabuk, Kalinga). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to:
(a) ORDER the release of all withheld salaries of Atty. Mary Jane A. Andomang, Clerk of Court VI, RTC, Tabuk, Kalinga; and
(b) STERNLY WARN Atty. Andomang to be more circumspect in the performance of her functions as Clerk of Court and that the repetition of similar acts will be dealt with more severely." Sereno, J., on leave. (adv96)
